Notes on the Price List
The price list for the holiday home Villa Romantica applies for a stay for 2 people.
The price includes:
- Accommodation for 2 people
- Final cleaning
- Bed linen and towels
- Utility costs
- Tourist taxes
- Wi-Fi
- Welcome gift
- Use of the pool
- Use of the whirlpool
- Use of sun loungers
- Private parking
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: until 09:30
Payment and Cancellation Terms:
- A 30% deposit of the booking value is required by bank transfer.
- If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Pets are allowed on request.
Other:
- A security deposit of €200 is required.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking outside the house is permitted.
- The heated pool Outdoor heated pool (temperature depends on external weather conditions) no additional charge is required Use of wellness is free.
