Villa Romantica is a newly built and modern house situated in a small town in Županići, not too far from Labin. It is surrounded by vineyards and greenery. It offers complete peace and quiet, away from the crowds. The nearest shops and restaurants are 2 km away, while other facilities are only 7 km away in nearby Labin.
Villa Romantica is spread over 50m2 and consists of a living room with sofa bed for two people (140x200), SAT-TV, free internet,table and chairs for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave, caffe machine.. It has one bedroom with a double bed, SAT-TV , Doors that exit to an outdoor swimming pool and a bathroom (shower / toilet). Outside there is a 800m2 garden and there is a 32m2 outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage.

We now offer an outdoor jacuzzi (210cm x 210cm). Jacuzzi has 3 seats inside to sit and 2 lounge chairs inside to relax. Villa Romantica is now open all year long.
Outside, there are also 4 deck chairs, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with table and chairs and a built-in barbecue with a set of chairs. There is a children's corner and play area and 2 parking spaces. The courtyard is completely fenced.
The family villa, Villa Romantica is built for small families and is built with great attention to details that makes staying in it much more pleasant. The house is located near the towns of Labin and Rabac. Rabac is a fishing village famous for its beautiful coves and beaches with crystal clear sea water.

VILLA ROMANTICA
Pravi raj za zaljubljene, i odljubljene koji bi ponovo da budu zaljubljeni. Priroda, nije bila škrta ni prema domaćinima ni prema gostima, a domaćini su se potrudili da urede svaki kutak kako bi se gosti osećali voljeno a boravak im bio romantičan. Istra - je pravi dragulj za odmor premorenih, opetrećenih svakodnevnim obavezama. Preporuka ljubiteljima prirode, mira i tišine bez gradske buke, smoga... Lučani Mohorović čestitke za uređenje ovog raja.

VILLA ROMANTICA
Sehr schöne hochmodere Villa in einem kleinen Ort (Zupanici). Abseits des Massentourismus und wunderschön zwischen Weinreben gelegen. Die Fotos der Villa entsprechen zu 100% der Realität, es sollte in Zukunft noch schöner dort werden da viele kleine Bäume gepflanzt sind und es dadurch noch gemütlicher wird. Das Ferienhaus bietet zudem alles nötige an Ausstattung für den Alltag. Ein längerer Aufenthalt ist hier problemlos möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Labin) sind in 10 minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von dort aus ist es nur ein Sprung bis ans Meer und viele Bademöglichkeiten (z.b. Rabac). Zudem ist die freundliche Eigentümerin Luci und ihr Ehemann für alle Dinge als Ansprechpartner zur Stelle, sie sind aber nie aufdringlich. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir werden sicher wieder vorbei kommen.
