Terms of Use for Villa Romantica

Please carefully read the following terms of use pertaining to your stay at Villa Romantica. By using our villa, you agree to these terms and commit to adhere to them during your stay.

Reservation and payment:

1.1. To reserve accommodation in Villa Romantica, it is necessary to make a down payment or pay the full amount in advance, depending on the conditions of the reservation. The reservation becomes confirmed after receiving the payment.

1.2. All prices are expressed in the currency specified by the owner of the villa and are subject to taxes and fees applicable at the destination.

1.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation or change of the date of stay, our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking shall apply.

Accommodation rules:

2.1. Guests are obliged to use the accommodation in an appropriate manner and to respect the rules and regulations of the villa.

2.2. Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition during their stay. Any damages or losses intentionally or unintentionally caused by the guest will be charged.

Responsibility:

3.1. Villa Romantica is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may arise from the use of the accommodation or related facilities.

3.2. Guests are responsible for their personal property and are advised to ensure adequate insurance cover during their stay.

Privacy:

4.1. The collection, use and protection of guests’ personal data is regulated by our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy to familiarize yourself with our practices and obligations.

Changes to terms:

5.1. We reserve the right to change these terms of use. Any updated version will be published on our website. We recommend that you regularly check the terms of use in order to be informed of any changes.

Reservation cancellation conditions


Terms of payment and cancellation of reservation:

An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total value of the reservation by bank transfer is mandatory.
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the advance payment is not returned.
30 days before arrival, the remaining amount of the total reservation is paid, otherwise, the reservation is canceled.
Pets on request.

Other:


Mandatory deposit payment in the amount of €200.

Smoking in the house is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the house.

Outdoor heated pool (temperature depends on outside weather conditions) no additional charge required
The use of wellness is free.
By paying the advance payment for the reservation, the guest accepts the "Reservation cancellation conditions".
