Terms of payment and cancellation of reservation:
An advance payment of 30% of the reservation value by bank transfer is mandatory.
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, You can reschedule your appointment for another period.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the advance payment is not returned.

Other: Mandatory deposit payment in the amount of €200.
Smoking in the house is not allowed.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
